Improving equity in Austin is important for a sustainable community. Through the collaboration of the City of Austin Equity Office and the Equity Action Team, came the co-creation of the Equity Assessment Tool. This workshop will explain the methodology behind the tool, and how it addresses equity disparities within municipal departments.
Objectives
